The Honors College at Georgia State University recognizes the most outstanding incoming scholars by awarding them the university's most prestigious and valuable academic award—the Presidential Scholarship.
Presidential Scholars were leaders in their high schools with superior academic achievement, a commitment to service and inspiring personal qualities.
The scholarship provides coverage of tuition, fees and housing, a yearly living expense stipend, $2,500 for study abroad, paid research or work study on campus, and individualized classes and mentoring.
