New Students
For all new students Academic Year 2024-2025 Housing Applications can be accessed through the link below:
All incoming first-year students are required to live on campus for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Please note that students need to set up their RCS account prior to accessing the housing application. It may take up to 72 hours after setting up your account to gain access to the application. Instructions on setting up this account are included in your PIN email which you will receive after making your deposit from the Office of the First-Year Experience.
Returning and Transfer Students
For all returning students who will be on campus for the Summer 2024 Arch semester for Fall 2024, housing application will open here at 12:00pm (Eastern Time) on Monday, January, 29, 2024. In order for your roommate and housing preferences to be considered during placement, you will need to complete the housing application and finalize your roommate group before 12:00pm on Friday, February 16, 2024.
For all returning students, the Academic Year 2024-2025 Housing Application will be available from April 10th to April 26th! All second-year students are required to live on campus for the 2024-2025 academic year. Please use the link below to access the application:
Undergraduate students who are taking summer classes (non-Arch), research on campus, or participating in a local co-op/internship may apply for housing through this link.
Please submit your application by April 31, 2024 if you are participating in Summer I and II classes, or intend on beginning Summer Housing on May 19, 2024. Housing cannot be guaranteed for applications submitted after April 31, 2024.
NOTE: All students residing on campus for Summer 2024 will be required to have a meal plan.
For all returning students who will be away for Spring 2025 and require Fall 2024-Only housing, the Fall 2024-Only application will be open from April 10th to April 26th.
