2023 E-STEM Scholarship for Science Students Application

The Eckerd Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (E-STEM) Scholarship Program, funded in part by the generosity of the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, is to support Black, Latinx, and Indigenous students in their pursuit of a bachelor's degree within the STEM field at Eckerd College.

Five first-year students will each receive a $10,000 E-STEM Scholarship for up to four years—for a total of $40,000—in addition to other financial aid for which they are eligible. The Scholarship Program provides unique opportunities for participants, including several specialized courses, leadership activities and summer research. Full program details can be found here.

The application deadline is January 15, 2023.

Selected finalists will participate in an on-campus interview process on Friday, March 10, 2023.
