C3 is a program designed to help you seamlessly transfer from one of our partner community colleges to NC State.

Am I a fit for C3?

From low to moderate income household (<$110,000 annual income)
Have at least 2 fall/spring semesters remaining at community college (generally <30 credit hours)
Underrepresented students, including first-generation college students, those from underserved rural communities, non-traditional age students, and military-affiliated students are especially encouraged to consider C3
Early college students who are completing the 5th year
