Similar to last year, the essay prompts will ask you to share the following:
- How will the Booth MBA help you achieve your immediate and long-term post-MBA career goals?
- An MBA is as much about personal growth as it is about professional development. In addition to sharing your experience and goals in terms of career, we’d like to learn more about you outside of the office. Use this opportunity to tell us something about who you are…
If you are invited to interview, you will meet with a member of the Booth community and have the opportunity to share with even more about who you are and how you think. You’ll also be asked to further expand on your candidacy through an additional video submission that’s meant to be short, fun, and bring your personality to life!

Our application for the Civic Scholars Program is also open at this time. You can apply through our application page. The Civic Scholars offers substantial tuition awards (up to 100 percent) to MBA students who work in a 501(c) designated nonprofit organization or for the government. Civic Scholar applicants may apply to the Full-Time Program (available now) or Part-Time programs (available in late August).
