First-year

Prospective first-year students are those who have yet to graduate from high school when applying to college.  First-year applicants must use the Common Application to apply in the Early Action (non-binding) or Regular Decision round. All students who apply for first-year admission will be considered for both the summer and fall entry terms. More information about our application process, including deadlines, requirements and how we evaluate students is available at admission.gatech.edu.

Transfer

Students who have completed any university coursework after graduating from high school must, apply as a transfer student.  This does NOT include students studying advanced coursework in a secondary setting (such as an A-Level curriculum). Visit admission.gatech.edu/transfer for information on transfer application requirements.
