Hello International Students:

OISSS is excitedly preparing for your arrival on August 18-19, 2021.

As preparations are under way, OISSS is taking special precautions to ensure that everyone has a smooth, and more importantly, healthy transition into the upcoming academic year. Please note with international arrivals, a 7 day self-quarantine will be needed for anyone who has not been fully vaccinated. Please take a moment to respond to this form so OISSS can best prepare for your arrival.

In addition, the college requires, "All students, faculty, and staff-- whether vaccinated, partially vaccinated, or not vaccinated to provide their status to the college on or before Aug. 1. (If you have a vaccination card, you will want to scan it or take a photo of it to upload before you fill out the form.)" The link to the site of verification:
